The Company
Created in March 2006, the goal of HBS Research is to increase the performance of its customers thanks to easy and rapid access to pertinent and reliable information. Thus, the company activity is the information sharing.. The company is forbidden from any activity near to its customers one.
The company guarantees its independence:
- The majority of its shareholder capital is held by its founders, some of the shareholders have joined us from the begining of the adventure.
- IPD recently became a shareholder, taking 10% of the company
- A independant strategic committee is the garant of the company. It is composed of great name of property: Jean Louis SOLAL, Claude HEURTEUX, Patrick WALLUT, Alain LEBLEU,…
- No customer exclusive rights will be given
- A strategic committee guarantees this

HBS research's founders, Blaise Heurteux, Laurent Bignier and Thomas Soares, have the following attributes:
